Here is list of Terms & Conditions

• The Roshaan’s is not liable to process order of any customer until we receive the 30% of order amount. After receiving 30% of order amount, our standard order processing & delivery time is 30 days for all items.
• Charges for hydraulic frame for king size beds are not included in rates, hydraulic frames are stalled in beds with extra charges and as per availability.
• Mattress charges are not included in rates.
• Delivery charges are not included in rates and we will inform delivery charges to customer at the time of delivery or customer can pick his/her order from our factory/outlet on their own.
• In case customer amends his sales order or customize fabric for any item then order processing time of 30 days will start from the day of SO amendment.
• Customer can make changes in their sales order within 5 days of booking, after 5 days Rs. 3000 extra will be charged from customer as amendment fees since the order goes in production the very next day when the order is booked and we need to change production process if customer needs an amendment in SO. In case of expo order we can offer 6 workings days for amendment after expo.
• If customer wants to cancel order then they can cancel it with in first 15 days of order booking, after 15 days we cannot refund 100% amount to customer. However we will allow customer to exchange its current item with any other item as per current prices or we will refund 70% of the amount customer has paid to us.
• We can keep customer order for maximum of 90 days from booking date in our warehouse, after 90 days customer must settle 100% of order amount and additional 5% of order amount will be charged from customer on monthly basis at the time of delivery.
• For delivery, customer must settle 100% order amount before delivery through cash or bank transfer. After receiving full payment our team will align delivery for goods & prepare delivery challan, this process takes time and we deliver customer order 24-30 hours after receiving full payment from customer.
• Fitting is free from Roshaan’s in Karachi & Quetta and we send fitters next day after delivery of goods.
• For fitting in any other city we charge Rs. 10,000 plus bus/train return tickets for 2 persons from Karachi to customer’s city.
• Customer has the right to give us service and product feedback in our final finished report (FFR) at the time of delivery.
• Customer can avail 10% discount on any master foam/ mattress just by showing The Roshaan’s sales order to molty shop manager. At the time of delivery customer must share its paid bill with our customer services team so that they can align mattress pickup accordingly.
• If customer find anything missing or damage in our product at the time of delivery then customer must inform our delivery personnel for the same and mention it in FFR. If incase customer find any issue in our product after our delivery team has left, then customer must inform our customer services team regarding his/her complain within 24 hours of our delivery.
• In case a customer have any complain in our product then he can call on our Customer Care Helpline 0303-2060264
• Our maintenance team’s visit charges after 2 years of purchase are Rs. 500 per visit in Karachi & Quetta.
• Our after sale customer care services are available in Karachi & Quetta, for services other than these 2 cities we will charge Rs. 10,000 plus bus/train return tickets for 2 persons.
• Complains in Karachi & Quetta will be entertained within 7-10 days. Complain in any other city will be resolved as per the availability of our team and if customer is willing to bear visit and travel charges mentioned in previous point.
• We give 5 years’ of service warranty for termites & deformation (subject to prior fumigation in your house), accidental damages are not included and will be charged as per market rates.
• All accessories & closing mechanism for drawer & wardrobe have 2 years of service warranty.
• After warranty items can be repaired / replaced as per market rates.
